Ginza Koyama daily journal 2023.1.2 Era of Mutual Aid

At the end of the New Year, I watched social commentary programs of dialogue roundtables on TV and the Internet.

After all, there are many scholars and critics who are pessimistic about Japan’s future.

Ukraine war, terrorism of VIPs, corona recession, financial bankruptcy.

It is very similar to the period before World War I.

Not only Japan’s recession, but also the world’s depression may occur.

I think so too.

History repeats itself. with a different face.

The song revives, with a new melody.

I’m not an aloof historian, so I’m groaning how Koyama G will survive this year.

Japan’s medical and nursing care system is at a standstill.

As with Japan’s agriculture and education, the future is not bright.

I am doing the same analysis as the intellectuals of the world.

As a manager, how do you steer your business in that environment and in the forecast?

In the rough seas of Corona, I have a feeling that a typhoon is finally coming.

The country cuts the budget due to financial problems.

There is a lack of knowledge and experienced human resources in local government administration.

The mass media also remains the announcement of the government office.

Young people lack energy, and old people have no choice but to cling to the status quo.

It is difficult to rely completely on the public assistance of the nation and the self-help of individuals.

Individual self-help requires the support of family and relatives’ mutual help.

Today and in the future, there are not many people who can rely on family and relatives.

Mutual aid may be religion, church, or volunteers in the West.

In today’s Japan, there is no substitute for it.

In Japan half a century ago, I think that the welfare programs of government offices and large companies were responsible for this.

Big companies don’t have that kindness or leeway right now.

Among public works, social welfare works will also be privatized from now on.

That is why, as a social welfare private operator, Koyama G must support the livelihoods of its employees.

For that reason, we will increase the number of friends, increase the business, and increase the profit.

Then put the money into the business.

From now on, I will spend everything on medical care, childcare and housing for the staff.

Return the ship to port.

Make the stone wall high for the castle.

A storm is near.
