Ginza Koyama daily journal 2022.10.12 Koyama is raised by movie theaters.

The first day of the Freshers Fair started at a Yurakucho movie theater.

Seven years ago, this is the movie theater where the spring nationwide joint new graduate recruitment ceremony was held.

In response to corona, the number of seats was reduced, and it was renovated into a more luxurious theater.

At the start, I went up to the stage of the movie theater and said hello.

With that alone, I was overwhelmed with emotion and nearly stopped breathing.

From the stage, all of the seats are clearly visible.

The faces and gazes of the audience are really well understood.

A spotlight was specially prepared for my greeting, so it was like a stage greeting for the leading actor.

Spring newcomers are the first time to see the faces of raw young people at the online entrance ceremony.

For many of them, it will be the first time for them to see me as the representative.

Since I was a child, the movie theater has been a place where I make memories for the rest of my life.

My life is spelled out by the memories of the cinema.

When I was in elementary school, I went to see it with my family.

When I was a junior high school student, I went to see it alone for the first time.

When I was in high school, I went to see it with my classmates for the first time.

I don’t remember my first movie date.

It can be connected to painful memories.

And I remember exactly which movie theater I saw it in.

I heard rumors that they where closing, and I rushed there for the final day.

For me, a movie theater is a hall of culture no less than a museum.

The movie itself is a pure love story that is embarrassing for an old man, but he was immersed in memories while hiding his tears.

What kind of memories did the newcomers make experiencing a big theater in Tokyo?

At least today is a day I will never forget for the rest of my life.

I think they have made lifelong memories with those who have entered the company at the same time and the same place.

I was there at that place too.

I was really grateful to be a member of Koyama G.

The future of old people is bright.

At least I am grateful.

To the young people who chose this medical welfare job and became friends with Koyama G.

I will not be lonely in my old age.

bright and fun.

Yes, believe me, I am the representative of Koyama G.

Right now, I’m writing this diary at a hotel next to Disneyland.

Today we are training together.

Experience the annual best service, that is, the service of Disneyland.

This kind of training would be about Koyama G.

With everyone else, you might look like an old man with his grandchildren or a teacher on a school trip.

A fun second day is about to begin.

Dawn is coming soon.

good morning.
