Under the current medical care insurance system affordable and sound management is tough.

Recently, I visited a facility that was undergoing renovations, and when I went to the office and greeted them, there was a clerical worker who lowered his face and didn’t say hello.

Indeed, I was convinced that it would be a difficult task to make a facility with such staff into a good facility.

No wonder the facility had not been quickly repaired until I ordered emergency work.

Of course, this is because the person in charge of management lacks responsibility for the facility, but it is not only the building equipment that becomes defective.

In an organization where irresponsibility is allowed, the whole staff will be rotten.

It is well said that fish and tissues rot from the head.
