I was researching sick child care.
Autism, Social withdrawal, Asperger’s.
There may be similar children in maternal and child support facilities.
Shouldn’t there be professional staff who can handle it on their own?
Naturally, the nursery school should respond.
Come to think of it, when I was in kindergarten and elementary school, I was the head of the class, but I never played with my friends.
I was always hiding alone in the library.
Towards the teacher I was an obedient student, but I didn’t have any friends who was friend-like.
Maybe it’s because I was a cross-border student and the school wasn’t in my hometown.
The subway trips to and from school were a series of hours of reading, not boring.
I myself may have been prone to autism or Asperger’s.
I want to write here because I think there are not only kindergarten children but also staff members who cannot communicate, who cannot correct mistakes, and who do not accept the instructions of their superiors.
As the organization grows, staff who only do clerical work on their desks are usually routine clerical workers, and if they take it seriously, there will be no problems.
But when there is a new service, organizational change, or business change, they panic.
Or, they make excuses and neglect their work.
It doesn’t seem to be simply a level of low ability or a lack of understanding of principles, I sometimes think that it may be related to the person’s psychology and humanity.
It’s a life-threatening business matter, so I can’t leave it alone, but it’s difficult to give guidance.
Bosses, like avoiding a hysterical toddler, are running away from dealing with it.
Medical and nursing care sites can’t be irresponsible like that.
However, such a person can exist in the administrative manager of the medical welfare business.
Flexible management is not possible, so they either refuse or crouch.
They didn’t consult me, and they can`t even move forward slowly, they crouched right there on the spot, and their actions and work came to a halt.
They are not going 40km/h, but 0/h.
The subordinates are miserable.
Those facilities will not become better.
This is because it does not have a problem-solving type organization.
An executive who has become too important rises from the leader to the chairman of the advisory board.
The chain of command is complicated, and the whereabouts of responsibility is unclear.
That’s when the owner-manager returns to the field.
Old soldiers never die.
Because the organization seeks purification.
We take pride in the responsibility of top management to protect the workplace from irresponsible executives.
When you stop swimming, you’re like a fish that can’t breathe.
