People who graduated from medical school but go to higher-paying finance, are people who are originally unable to communicate with others.
People who are unsuitable for clinical practice are probably enrolled in medical school.
I think it’s good for nutritionists to work in restaurants, hotels, and nursing homes.
However, a large amount of tax money is invested in vocational schools that acquire national qualifications.
The tuition fee is high because it is taught by a professional teacher.
The hospital provides scholarship funds to nursing students.
Therefore, it is natural for society to expect qualified people to work as they are qualified, but it is no longer realistic.
So what should we do?
What if hospitals, facilities, and schools were to relax the allocation of professional qualifications?
About one-third , after working in the society, I would like to ask people who are interested in teaching to come up to the podium.
Many of the teachers at newly established universities are business executives.
What you learn in the Faculty of Education may not be the essential intelligence that should be educated, even if it is a teaching method or an educational system.
What if people who have experience raising children can be recognized with associate qualifications and nursery schools and kindergartens and be able to hire them?
Above all, the qualities necessary for staff are responsibility for life, passion and affection.
You might be more reliable than an inexperienced new graduate.
Even after graduation, doctors, nurses, and nursery teachers need the attitude and effort to continue learning for the rest of their lives.
Medicine, nursing care, education, and childcare are advancing sciences.
There are many harmful effects to the craftmanship due to a long work experience and becoming to too familiar.
