I had a meeting with an accountant who is doing an external audit for a social welfare corporation.
An audit should not stop at just an audit.
I’m glad that there are no problems, or any injustice, I can’t say it’s okay.
We as a corporation must grow and evolve to provide better services and create a place where employees can improve.
External audits by accountants are only a part of that.
I want to make audits more useful and educational.
I conveyed my thoughts and searched for a specific educational program.
Develop and enforce Koyama’s compliance rules, which are common to many corporations.
Add compliance items to the code of conduct cards that all employees have.
We will also strengthen the system to monitor fraud and ensure thorough punishment.
At Koyama Care Team Care Academic Conference we will incorporate the theme of compliance.
In order to become a model for public service corporations in Japan, we will not hide but disclose the case to society through the academic conference.
Conduct audits that make the corporation better.
In the future, we will establish a welfare corporation function evaluation organization like the organization evaluating hospitals.
This is my problem.
As Koyama Group continues to grow, self-discipline will become an issue.
Cell division and Immune function.
Koyama is alive.
