Ginza Koyama daily journal 2022.07.16 Shin Koyama Man

In the Tokyo metropolitan area, hiring not only for technical intern trainees but also for specific skills is increasing.

Yesterday, I had greeting with prospective hires online from Japanese language schools in Myanmar and Cambodia.

I was relieved by their solid Japanese.

Above all, I feel bright and motivated.

As a thank you, we donated teaching materials and educational equipment to the school so that it could be used for Japanese language.

School officials came to the Ginza headquarters and held a presentation ceremony regarding the contexts.

Eventually, we will build a dormitory with a restaurant for newcomers from Asia.

In Koyama we say that the conditions for hiring are regardless of age, gender, nationality, height, or weight doesn’t matter.

The citizens of the new Koyama are also true Koyama Man.

Those who work, live, and aim to live in Koyama are all equal Shin Koyama Man.

Eventually, I think this journal should be translated into the languages of Myanmar and Cambodia.

It is said that the local Japanese language school has already used Koyama’s philosophy as a Japanese language teaching material.

It’s an honor, but I feel more responsible.

You shouldn’t feel disappointed when you come to Japan.

The day must come when the young people will have a good understanding of Japan, friends of Japan, and leaders of medical and welfare services in their own countries.

Until then, can I do my best as a manager and as a representative of Koyama School?

While feeling anxious and frightened during this Corona era, I am encouraged by the Koyama staff and tries my best every day.

During the holidays, I read books in my bed.

Next week, we will go to Fukushima for a completion ceremony.

I am worried about the increase in the number of people infected with corona.

Tomorrow is the 4th vaccination.

I wonder what side effects it has.

Of course, on the day of the trip, we will carry out an antigen test and then travel to the north.

Until then, organizing the refrigerator has been my job.

However, the cooler in the dining room broke and I decided to replace it.

In my hot house doesn’t need heating, but cooling is essential.

Otherwise, I`ll have to stay all day long in a cold bath.

There was also a summer where I read a book in the cold bath while drinking wine.

I think it was when I was around 20 years old.

Recently, I was reminded my travel in my youth.

When recalling once life, young people get worried is because they are aware of their age and the time left in their lives.

Yesterday, I consulted with a lawyer and an accountant and finally decided the contents of my will.

I wonder how many times I will rewrite it from now on.

My will is like a roulette ball.

Will it stop in red or in black?

It can’t be helped even if I think about it.

It will keep rolling. Until the power runs out.

The plates will continue spinning.

If it falls, it will crack.

In the holidays I continue to dream of the future for Koyama.

I’m waiting, for youths from foreign countries to join Koyama’s group.
