What do both jobs have in common?

At the hospital, it is difficult to communicate with the elderly with dementia.

The patient’s feelings can be understood by their attitude and behavior, but it is difficult for them to understand their circumstances and intentions.

Depending on their mood, they might refuse meals or baths.

Even if you do not try force them and leave them alone, it is called abuse.

The baby will cry anyway.

I got taken care of, but they didn’t understand that I also had something I wanted to do (in regard to being a baby).

Medical care and childcare that are made to suits the other person’s convenience.

Patients and kindergarten children are the ones to choose, and we are the one to be chosen.

There are times when I don’t want to be selected by a customer but being selected is god’s will.

You can’t run away or refuse.

Both are destiny.

Our family is their family’s comrades.

There are times when a family destined to escape with God or an angel, sometimes they feel like a true customer and a comrade.

Parents look like both Buddha and an evil god.

The child looks like both an angel and a devil.

The person we are close to is actually the family.

Also, the family members who understands our hardships and efforts is number 1.

In a nursery school, parents will not continue unless they are close to the teachers.

We are on duty at noon.

We are on day duty. Parents are on night duty.

Through collaboration, we support the lives and growth of children 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Every day, parents and nursery teachers work together during with childcare.

Same as a hospital nurse. Is it close to day service. (Senior citizens daycare service)

Team care between home and nursery school.

Team is a must between parents’ families and nursery staff.
